Your Mission π―
π§ͺ Perform hands-on lab work to support customer applications, product innovation, and production
π¬ Contribute to experimental design, execution, and data analysis

Support and coordinate lab projects under the guidance of senior scientists
π Report findings and share insights with internal teams
π€ Work closely with the global application team to ensure project success

Your Profile π©βπ¬π¨βπ¬
π Masterβs degree in Microbiology, Fermentation Science, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields
π§ͺ 1-3 years of lab experience in R&D or application development (industrial biotech/fermentation preferred)
βοΈ Hands-on knowledge of fermentation science, biochemical analysis, and lab techniques
π Ability to interpret scientific data, manage experiments, and use statistical tools
π€ Strong team player with excellent communication skills
π‘ Curious, creative, and eager to innovate
