What will your daily life look like?
This is a position in a collaborative transversal environment across different countries and Business Unit.
Reporting to the CEE Purchasing & Supply Chain Director, the Regional Supply Chain Coordinator main focus will be coordination, structuration, harmonization and continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage transversal Supply Chain projects (for instance portfolio optimization, optimization of intra-region and inter-region flows, transportation/warehouses…).
- Coordination of regional forecast activities (S&OP), especially in peak period (typically Christmas & Easter).
- Lead regionally the implementation of group Supply Chain project.
- Lead regionally the animation of the Supply Chain continuous improvement and structuration: workshops, best practices, performance follow-up, defining guidelines and support their implementation.
- Interact with other regions (supply demand, best practices…).
- Propose innovative solution and tools, Business Intelligence reports.
- Participate in transversal project of the organization (integration of new company, new factory…).

- Minimum High-School Degree, preferably Supply Chain
- 2-3 years in similar function, preferably in the plant, in international context.
- Business fluent in English is required
- Project management in transversal mode
- Production planning
- Lean management knowledge as an advantage
- Advanced XLS
- SAP knowledge
- Business Object practice
