What will your daily life look like?

We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital & Data Innovation Software Manager to lead and manage our innovation software platform and tools. The ideal candidate will have a background in innovation management and a deep understanding of Hype Innovation software or similar innovation management platforms. You will play a pivotal role in capitalizing on the group’s digital & data innovation initiatives and ensuring the effective utilization of our software to enhance creativity, collaboration, and strategic growth.

Responsibilities

Software Platform Management:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the D&D Innovation platform.
  • Ensure the software is aligned with our innovation strategy, enabling seamless collaboration, idea generation, and project management.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Community Manager on the creation of the Digital training Passports.

User Adoption and Training:

  • Develop and execute strategies to promote user adoption of the D&D Innovation platform.
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees, ensuring they are proficient in using the software’s features and functionalities.
  • Create & animate a Digital & Data innovation platform community.

Content Creation and trends Management:

  • Curate impactful digital & data trends that informs, inspires, and connects employees.
  • Accompany project managers in documenting Digital & Data innovations.

Innovation Process Enhancement:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and automation within the Digital & Data innovation lifecycle.
  • Customize and optimize the software platform to align with our Digital & Data innovation processes and workflows.

Digital Channels Management:

  • Oversee and manage the department’s internal digital communication channels, such as collaboration tools and employee communication apps.
  • Ensure these channels are user-friendly, up-to-date, and accessible to all employees.

KPIs, Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Leverage the software’s analytics capabilities to generate insights and reports on innovation metrics, trends, and project outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on the progress and impact of innovation initiatives.
  • More globally, accompany in setting up and the following of the KPIs of the various technical platforms and tools of the department.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and best practices related to the Hype Innovation software.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the software’s functionality and recommend improvements based on user feedback and industry trends.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • In the Digital & Data scope, collaborate with internal teams to understand their innovation needs and requirements and translate them into software solutions.
  • Liaise with external vendors and support teams to address technical issues and ensure optimal software performance.

Make a personal impact
That makes you the ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Digital & Data Innovation, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in innovation management, software platform management, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in Hype Innovation software or similar innovation management platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record of driving user adoption and change management within an organization.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification or training in innovation management or related fields.
    • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
    • Familiarity with other innovation methodologies and frameworks.
    • Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles for software customization.
