What will your daily life look like?
We are looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator, at Corporate level, to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge and our company succeed by training and developing its people.
In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow. Excellent communication skills are essential. Experience of designing e-learning courses and managing budgets is a real asset.
Your main responsabilities :
- Create and execute digital learning strategies and programs
- Promote, structure, coordinate the implementation of various learning methods companywide (e.g. online training, blinded training, coaching, co-development, mentoring …)
- Support functions / regions / BUs / entities HRDs in :
- Evaluating properly individual and organizational development needs
- Designing and delivering e-learning courses
- Organizing cross fertilization betwwen entities / regions / …
- Assessing the success of development plans and help employees make the most of e-learning opportunities
- Helping managers developing their team members through career pathing
- Track budgets and negotiate contracts with key Group providers / partners for e-learning courses
- Pilot of the group's digital training platform deployment & adoption : Lesaffre E-learning Academy (LEA)
- Interface of entities/BU having a content distribution action via LEA
- Animate the community of LMS (Learning Management System) coordinators
- Coordinate communication to employee on the new content
- Super admin of LEA: ability to administer the platform, to configure the HP, to configure the pages of the academies, to manage learners, to manage training or content.

- Proven experience as Digital Learning (platform management & module conception)
- Pedagogical skills
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Proficient in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
- Ability to build contructive relationships with employees and vendors
- Ability to make innovative proposals
- Creativity
- Fluent English
