What will your daily life look like?
Reporting to the Process Engineer, you will join and support the growth of the fermentation department, which is a high-industrialized department.
Your main duties are the following:
- Conduct general studies in process improvement and production optimization including:
- ensuring microbiology performance,
- follow-up of raw material and energy ratios,
- miscellaneous KPIs monitoring
- Conduct the streamlining operation: follow and improve operators’ load, production logs/checks, cleaning activities, and ergonomics, …
- Review and update needed SOPs in the department,
- Support all department projects (plant cleaning and Lean initiative projects)
- Assist in the optimization of processes and production studies
- Support for implementation and analysis of Databases
As key contact support for all process stakeholders, you work in straight collaboration with other departments like engineering and maintenance.

Education & Experience: Graduated in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, you achieved your first relevant experience in a food/feed or pharmaceutical plant. Knowledge of P. I System Tool will be really appreciated.
