🎯 Your Mission: Transform Finance with Automation & BI!

As a Finance & Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with the senior controller to modernize financial processes through automation and Business Intelligence. Your key tasks will include:

💡 SAP CO Training & Financial Analysis

Learn and apply SAP Controlling (CO) tools.
Support in monthly closure of the Reporting
Assist in financial data analysis & reporting to support decision-making.

🔍 Automating Finance Processes

Reduce manual workload by implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) 🤖.
Optimize month-end closing tasks and financial reporting.

📊 Developing & Implementing BI Tools

Support the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards 📈.
Collaborate with the regional BI coordinator to create more efficient reporting tools.

🎓 Who are we looking for?

✔️ Master’s degree in Finance, Data Management, or related field.
✔️ Strong skills in data analysis, accounting, and financial processes.
✔️ Comfortable with Excel, Business Intelligence tools, and automation software (UiPath is a plus!).
✔️ Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a keen interest in digital finance transformation.
✔️ Fluent in English (Italian is a plus).
