Gnosis by Lesaffre Global HR Director

JOB MAIN CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Reports directly to Gnosis General Manager and functionally to the Group HR Director;
• Member of Gnosis Leadership Team;
• In charge of the people strategy roll out within the BU in line with group HR strategy;
• Member of the HRLT. Partner with corporate HR team in the design and roll out within the BU of group HR tools, processes and projects; 
• Manages functionally Gnosis subsidiaries HR teams.
   

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Business Partner of the Gnosis General Manager in rolling out the BU People strategy:

• Drive BU People strategy within the approved strategic plan;
• Develop a pipeline of talents according to the BU strategic needs; 
• Take care of the succession planning of the BU’s key roles.

As member of Gnosis LT:

• Partner with the GM to develop its leadership team dynamics, and those of the Key Managers’ population;
• Partner with each LT member to ensure they get the right level of HR support.

As member of the HR LT, partner with the corporate HR team in the design and BU roll-out of the Group HR strategy, policies, tools, processes & projects:

• Annual people & salary reviews;
• Talent committees (industrial and for other functions);
• Mercer job grading, banding & LINK bonus;
• Expatriation & VIE policies;
• Group digital platforms: NEST, LEA and WOO,…
• Skills charity and Diversity & Inclusion.

Functional management of the Gnosis HR teams:

• Manage directly Gnosis Switzerland & Italy HR Director;
• Support Gnosis subsidiaries in the management of HR teams (recruitments, objective setting, performance appraisal, competencies);
• Support / advise HR teams within non-Gnosis Group subsidiaries in achieving their goals;
