What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, marketing, business development or related studies
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as Key Account Executive / Supervisor, most preferably in managing industrial & B2B Key Accounts
  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent in organization skill
  • Ability to resolve issues swiftly and effectively
  • Strong in negotiation skill.
  • Good initiative & analytical thinking
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and a commitment to meeting those needs

About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Key Account to join our team at PT Saf Indonusa. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for maintain and growing relationship with a client. understand client needs, propose solutions, and serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams. KAMs resolve issues, drive sales growth, and prepare progress reports. Key skills include communication, organizational abilities, problem-solving, negotiation, and customer focus. This position will be report to National Key Account Manager
