What will your daily life look like?

As a member of our production team, you will lead all Lean related activities at our plant in Hungary by

Educating and introducing Lean culture and tools to our employees and their leaders
Carrying out the tasks and measurements required for the introduction and extension of Lean, drawing conclusions, proposing improvements and directions, managing their implementation
Participation in industrial development projects, active support of industrial strategy
Monitoring of LEAN development through audits

Make a personal impact
That makes you the ideal candidate

Relevant university or college degree
At least 5 years of comprehensive, professional experience in lean/ operational excellence / continuous improvement
Fluency in English and in Hungarian
Independent implementation and project management experience
Advanced analytical, problem solving, decision making and planning skills
Excellent sense of communication with blue collar employees and with management members
Facilitation skill
