A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
Responsibilities:
- records correctly and on time in the accounting program the supplier invoices, bank statements, cash register and employee expense statements.
- monitors the expenses/revenues recorded in advance.
- reconcile the accounts expressed in foreign currency.
- processes all documents related to the inflows and outflows of fixed assets, investments, other tangible/intangible assets, including depreciation.
- checks and records monthly the expense estimates in the accounting records.
- records of the salary accounting notes from the centralizer received from the human resources department.
- prepares and records accounting notes for VAT, miscellaneous taxes, deferred result, subsidies, etc.
- periodically or whenever necessary checks the files of suppliers and customers and scores with them.
- verify the compliance of the supporting accounting documents based on the legal regulations in force.
- reconciles the account sheets in the area of responsibility;
- is responsible for the correct classification of revenues and expenses by cost center’s;
- ensures the preparation and closing of monthly balances
- ensures the preparation of informative/statistical statements, respecting the monthly reporting deadlines and legal regulations;
- ensures the provision of reports, statements, tax or accounting analyses at the request of other departments or the direct manager;
- prepares the monthly/half-yearly/annual declarations to BS, BASS, (100, 205, 207, 107, 300, 394, 390, etc.) correctly and on time;
- check the summary sheet from ANAF;
- prepares the declarations regarding the taxes owed by the company to the local budget;
- participates in the preparation of the closing works of the financial-accounting year;
- participates in the annual inventory process;
- participates in the annual auditing process of the company’s financial statements, collaborating with external auditors;

University degree,
Accounting experience minimum 5 years,
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must)
Good knowledge of national tax law,
Knowledge of English – medium level (communication by email),
Knowledge of SAP work system (is an advantage),
