Your Mission 🎯
🧪 Perform hands-on lab work to support customer applications, product innovation, and production
🔬 Contribute to experimental design, execution, and data analysis
📅 Support and coordinate lab projects under the guidance of senior scientists
📊 Report findings and share insights with internal teams
🤝 Work closely with the global application team to ensure project success

Your Profile 👩🔬👨🔬
🎓 Master’s degree in Microbiology, Fermentation Science, Biochemical Engineering, or related fields
🧪 1-3 years of lab experience in R&D or application development (industrial biotech/fermentation preferred)
⚙️ Hands-on knowledge of fermentation science, biochemical analysis, and lab techniques
📊 Ability to interpret scientific data, manage experiments, and use statistical tools
🤝 Strong team player with excellent communication skills
💡 Curious, creative, and eager to innovate
