A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?
Reporting to the West Africa Baking Center Manager, you will help strengthen Lesaffre’s reputation as a key player in Baking solutions, yeasts and ingredients. You will drive sales growth through product development and technical support for our industrial customers and distributors.
Your missions :
- Assisting the sales teams and the customers users or prospects (mainly industrial, craft and In-Store assisting the sales teams in the promotion of Lesaffre products towards the customers (Industrial, instore, craft)
- Converting the needs and expectations of customers into project
- Providing theoretical and practical training to the clients & Sales Team
- Organizing and holding demonstrations during seminars
- Debriefing on the visits and tests
- Uploading the visit & tests reports on the CRM
- Completing required dashboards for the follow-up of projects and files
- Communicating technical data and information from field to relevant interlocutors (Baking Center Manager, Business manager)
- Presenting the results to the clients and colleagues

Baking professional certificate.10 years of experience minimum in the field of craft and industrial bread making or in a field equivalent to the missions proposed either in technical assistance or in training.
