What will your daily life look like?

• Responsible for efficient and accurate processing of customer orders.

• Own & manage customer order fulfillment process and lead the customer service team to meet the function objectives, liaising with all parties involved including production plants, transport companies and customer side.

• Handle customers complaints/ questionnaire and ensuring customers’ satisfaction.

• System databases maintain and responsible for different systems interface.

• Work with line manger to support the overall customers service optimization and report making.

• Prepare operation SOP and training material, provide training and coaching to team members to improve service quality.

• Take an active part in process improvements with other departments, within Company’s guidelines.

• All other related issue for the function.

• Minim 10 years working experience in customer services roles.

• At least 3 years on managing an international customer service team.

• Good command of English, fluent in speaking and writing.

• Strong data management skills via SAP.

• Be able to accept new challenges for changes with open mindset.

• Strong attitude problem solving.

• Taking care about customer’s needs.
