1. Arrangement for Export & Import clearance
2. Support all document Export and Import
3. Control and review cost incoterm, Overnight & Demurrage
4. Monitoring shipping status, negotiation to buyer or forwarder
4. Coordination with Lesaffre Singapore to arrange Export 5. Associate with external shareholders whenever necessary (BPOM, Customs, Forwarder, Tax, etc.) and update regulation
5. Work closely with SC Manager to carry out coaching and mentoring to subordinates as an effort to increase work efficiency and effectiveness
6. Conduct training for every employee who violates the provisions of the work process which results in the quantity and quality of work results as well as the applicable company rules
7. Coordinate with the Supply Chain Manager and related section heads on all problems and conditions that occur as an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and work results or other matters that need to be coordinated
8. Coordinate with Procurement, Sales and Customer Services for order clearance ariving material

- Minimum Bachelor degree, Supply Chain / Business Administration / Management / Engineering or related
- Experiences 5 years at Supply Chain, and Export Import
- Self-initiative
- Problem solver, and result driven

- Have certification for Certified Supply Chain Analyze is better
