  • Compliance: ensure company practices compliance with the laws and regulations,
  • Filing management: maintain proper and clean employee records, p-file, recruitment, payroll, etc.
  • Payroll management: handle monthly payroll reports and pay slips dispatch, IR21, IR8A, etc.
  • Work pass: handle working visas and other MOM related application matters.
  • Claims: handle all claims submission and reimbursement.
  • HR documents: prepare and maintain letters, contracts, employee handbook, company policies and processes.
  • Performance Management: assist in performance appraisal and confirmation review.
  • Recruitment: support recruitment process from hiring, advertisements, conducting interviews and selection, prepare and review job descriptions with consultation from respective hiring manager.
  • On-boarding: facilitate on boarding formalities.
  • Health and travel insurance: register new joiners, delist leavers with insurance company, support employees on claims procedure.
  • Update monthly headcount and safety indicator reports.
  • Create purchase orders in the system.
  • Leave management: leave applications, update leave application, leave balance reports, etc.
  • Training management: Initiate skills development via proper assessment, orientation, and training programs.
  • Handle government surveys and reports.
  • Support company event planning or occasional activities.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned.

  • Diploma / Degree in Human Relations or any related fields.
  • At least three (3) years of HR working knowledge and experience.
  • Minimum 2-year of relevant experience in Payroll administration.
  • Strong numerical skills with an eye for details.
  • Must be able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Able to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience in Times Software & SAP system is a plus.
  • Independent and highly organized with good communication and negotiation skills.
