About our team
You’ll integrate the Corporate HR Team and work with the Group Talent Director. During your internship, you also collaborate with the regional HR, regional and group  experts .

The role of the Group Talent director is to develop the group's human heritage in the Breadmaking activity.

 

In order to harmonize our talent management policy, we launch different projects.

The part you will play in the “Industrial Talent” project:

  • Contribute to improving the career management of young talents,
  • Contribute to the creation of career paths and skills matrix,
  • Develop expert succession plans,
  • Set up a performance monitoring tool,
  • Contribute to the implementation of an HR/Industrial Direction community.

 

The part you will play in the “Job Harmonization” project:

  • Lead the step 2 of the project
  • Support the international subsidiaries in their action plans,
  • Work in close collaboration with functional group managers (organization, function definitions, etc.),
  • Create the internal tool aiming at a common approach,
  • Implement the continuous improvement process,
  • Ensure the interface between the group HRD and the regional HRDs,
  • Organize project team meetings,
  • Control and secure reporting.

And You!

You are preparing this year a Master or Industrial Degree from a general education, Human Resources, Business School, Engineer.
A first experience (internship/ apprenticeship) in a Human Resources Department is a plus.

 

Language

Proficiency in English is mandatory.
An additional language is a plus

 

Skills

  • You have good analytical skills, mastery of Excel and essential digital tools.
  • You are interested in the food industry sector and human resources.
  • We are looking for someone open, curious, energetic and result oriented You are able to work in an international environment and to adapt to other cultures.
  • Your English is fluent. You have no troubles with reading, talking and writing in English
  • You are keen to join and be part of our team and face challenges all together.  You demonstrate the ability to adapt easily to a team. Moreover, we are looking for a junior professional with the right attitude, who matches the values of the company.
