SAP MM Consultant

We are currently seeking a senior SAP MM consultant to join our team and play a crucial role in resolving issues reported by users of the Lesaffre Core Model SAP System. This position involves resolving reported issues, providing guidance to users, delivering information about the Lesaffre Core Model, fine-tuning SAP setup (including advising developers on custom developments), and performing mass maintenance of master data. This role reports to the SAPCC France Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

– Ticket Follow-up:

• Regularly check Solman tickets.
• Update actions taken to resolve the issue in Solman.
• Maintain the status and assign responsibility for tickets.

– Communication:

• Answer the chats and phone calls and register the user complaint in Solman if users are not able to do it
• Contact (change or call) the person in charge to find resolution, get status information, provide help and guidance
• Participate status review meetings
• Share information and knowledge to Support colleagues

– Training:

• Provide training on SAP functions, including Lesaffre Core Model rules.
• Coach junior experts.
• Participate in training organized for the position.

– Master Data Management:

• Perform maintenance when requested.
• Verify the quality of master data for new SAP implementations.
• Adjust master data in emergency situations.

– User Authorizations:

• Check authorization issues and assist the security team in finding resolutions.
• Propose improvements to user authorizations.

– Lesaffre Core Model Maintenance:

• Keep documentation up-to-date regarding the Lesaffre Core Model.
• Update user manuals related to the Lesaffre Core Model.
• Evaluate the Lesaffre Core Model compliance of solutions proposed by projects.
• Actively propose improvements to the Lesaffre Core Model.
