A quoi ressemblera votre quotidien ?

  • Leverage internal and external resources to help industrial technical service team enriching solution / service portfolio, and improving technical competence level
  • Develop business by using multiple sources and influence of information & connection within related professional industry
  • With support from BC head, to grow and train young talent within industrial technical service team
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing to capture pain-point / expectation of customer and consumer, market trend, and competitor’s activity, as a result, identify innovation / service opportunity
  • Define key customer approach tactics and concrete operation schedule with sales and marketing, innovation day and tangible yearly visit plan for instance
  • Demonstrate and continuously develop high levels of strategic and industry knowledge, and keep up-to-date with strategic industry developments and trends
  • Consolidate insight across sales, marketing, formulation, product manager, and company’s strategy, to propose rational NPD initiative / benchmark activity

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science & engineering, flour science or relevant education background. Master degree a plus, with overseas education / training experience will be a plus
  • 15 years or above practical R&D / technical service experience in Chinese food industry
  • Fluent English in writing and speaking will be a plus
