Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, you will manage stock levels, oversee receiving and shipping, and ensure warehouse efficiency. You will supervise the team, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and sustainability standards.
Your missions :
Inventory Management
- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, processing purchasing orders as required; tracking orders and investigating problems.
- Conducting physical counts of inventory and reconciling with system data to ensure accuracy.
- Managing inventory control procedures to prevent discrepancies and reporting on any issues.
Receiving and Shipping:
- Overseeing the receipt of incoming materials and ensuring they are checked for quality and accuracy against purchase orders.
- Coordinating the storage of goods in an organized manner, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Preparing and coordinating outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
Warehouse Operations:
- Ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse, including regular inspecting and maintaining of equipment.
- Implementing and monitoring safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Organizing and maintaining warehouse layout for optimal efficiency and space utilization.
Team Coordination:
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts.
- Generating regular reports on inventory status, warehouse performance, and other key metrics.
- Ensuring all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Customer Service:
- Addressing and resolving any issues related to order discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Liaising with other departments, such as Sales and Customer Service, to address customer needs and concerns.
Material Handling and Equipment:
- Conducting regular inspections of warehouse equipment to ensure they are in good working condition and identifying any maintenance needs.
- Coordinating with maintenance teams or external vendors for timely repairs and troubleshooting when equipment malfunctions or breaks down.
- Overseeing the proper movement of materials, from receiving to storage to order fulfillment, ensuring that materials are handled with care and in accordance with safety standards.
Waste Management and Sustainability:
- Ensuring that different types of waste are properly segregated and disposed of according to sustainability protocols.
- Overseeing the disposal and destruction of obsolete packaging inventory to optimize storage capacity.

Ce qui fait de vous le candidat idéal
Degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus. Proven experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar role.
Technical skills :
- Proficient in warehouse management software and MS Office.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
Soft skills :
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication
